Open the main unit cover and insert the plug well

The handpiece is broken

Pull out the handpiece, send to our company to repair

The scaling tip vibrates but there is no spray when getting through the electricity

The water control switch is off

Turn on the switch

There is impurity in the solenoid valve

Clean inside of the solenoid valve

The water line is blocked

Clean the water line by three-way syringe

There is still water flowing out after the electricity is cut off

There is impurity in the solenoid valve

Clean inside of the solenoid valve

The handpiece
generates heat

The water control switch is in low grade

Turn the water control switch to
a higher grade

The potentiometer knob is broken

Change a new one

The vibration of the tip becomes weak

The tip hasn’t been screwed tightly

Screw tightly the

The tip is vibrated loose

Screw tightly the
scaling tip

The tip is damaged

Change a new one
